51 Miles Away was formed back in 2010 by two friends. We are influenced by different genres, but only one of us is an experienced musician. So Sven did the songwriting, pre-production with lots of electronic sounds and vocals. Sharky plays drums, guitars and does producing and mastering. We tried to create a dark but still optimistic atmosphere with our sounds and lyrics. We never met during the recording sessions. It was done by exchanging files over the net. At the end of 2012 we finished the album “Offroad”. So far we have 10 new demos for the next one. |
