A&R Network is an international talent discovery system. Artists/bands perform ‘live’ for A&R Network scouts at local artist showcases. The best are referred to the 50+ label/publisher subscribers to the Network.

‘Riley,’ was recently signed to Elton John’s company, Rocket Management, after performing for an A&R Network scout in Atlanta, Georgia.

Tom Silverman, founder of Tommy Boy Records, an A&R Network subscriber, recently stated, “I’m impressed with the ‘live-audition’ facet of A&R Network. You can’t tell if an act has the ‘X-factor’ by listening to a demo.”

To participate, artists/bands simply register, at no charge, at A&R Network When an audition opportunity is available in their area, they will get an email notice. To be considered by A&R Network’s subscribing labels/publishers, all artists/bands must perform ‘live’ for an A&R Network scout.
