Formed in the fall of 2013 Ari and the Alibis have been quickly making a name for themselves in the Tampa Bay Music scene. Their high energy fusion of Blues, Funk, Latin and Swing has been delighting audiences since their inception. At the front of it all is Ari McManus. A powerhouse vocalist that is full of charisma and charm. When she’s not jumping around and dancing she is pulling each listener into the story of each song. Simply put Ari loves music and wants to share that love with everyone. Backing Ari are the Alibis, five world class musicians: Nicolaas Kraster-Guitar, James DaBone-Trombone, Gregg Voorhees Bass and John “Tip Money” Walker on drums. The Alibis motto is “Support Ari, then drop jaws” and they do. With great originals and dynamic covers they take listeners on a journey to remember.
